Ralph's Smoked Bone-In Cured Hams:

Bake at 350F. for 3 - 4 hours, or to an internal temperature of 155 F.

Ralph's Smoked Boneless Hams:

Bake at 325 F. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or internal temperature of 155 F. 

Ralph's Smoked Whole Turkeys:

Method 1:
Remove meat from the bones, cover with foil, and heat
for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 F.
OR
Method 2:
Cover whole turkey with foil and heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 F.
