Ham/Turkey Cooking Instructions


Ham

Ralph's Bone-In Cured Hams:

Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 3 to 4 hours, or to an internal temperature of 155 Degrees F.

Ralph's Fully Cooked Boneless Hams:

Bake at 325 degrees F. 2 to 2 1/2 hours. (This product is already fully cooked and only needs to be re-heated.)

Ralph's Fully Cooked Smoked Turkeys:

TurkeyMethod 1:
Remove meat from the bones, cover with foil, and heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F. OR

Method 2:
Cover whole turkey with foil and heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F. (This product is already fully cooked and only needs to be re-heated.)
