We are a complete buthering and processing meat packing company, serving wholesale, retail and custom customers. We are inspected by the State of Oklahoma, Department of Agriculture.

Beef
We make several ground beef products including pre-formed patties and chili grind. In the steak department, we can cut any steak you would like in any thickness you desire. (We require orders for bone-in steaks to be picked up on Saturdays, to be called in by Friday afternoon.) Also, the primary roasts we cut are Chuck, Arm, and Boneless Rolled Roasts. Finally, we make two kinds of Beef Jerky as well as Beef Sticks, which have won several state and national awards!
Pork
We also have all cuts of Fresh Pork, including porkettes (tenderized pork steaks), ground pork patties, salt meat, and fresh side. Our breakfast sausage is made fresh daily, and is packaged in bulk form, sausage links and sausage patties. The Smoked Pork Products we make include Sugar Cured Bone-In Hams, Boneless Hams, and Bacon.
Sausages
Our specialty Smoked Sausages include Boudin, Andouille, Bologna, Garlic Bologna, Salami, Summer Sausage, Hotlinks, Hot Dogs, Bratwurst and many others.
Miscellaneous
We carry many types of frozen foods from fruit cobblers to mixed vegetables, french fries to burritos, and chicken strips to fish.
