We offer a full service of custom beef, pork, and lamb/goat processing, including vacuum packaging for all of our customers. We are on an appointment only basis, so please give us a call to set up your butcher appointment. Also, keep in mind to book beef about six months before your desired appointment date; and hogs, lambs and goats about two months before your desired appointment date. The spring and fall seasons usually book up quickly due to livestock shows and fairs. For those of you who do not have animals to butcher, but would like to order a side/quarter of beef or hog, we have access to local feedlots and ranchers to fill your order with Oklahoma raised beef and hogs. No appointment is needed for this service, however it usually takes three to five weeks to fill your order.

Also, we accept deer meat from January 2 through August 31 for further processing, and no appointment is necessary. Cutting prices and instructions for venison are not available on this website, please call our office for more information.

We are inspected by the State of Oklahoma, Department of Agriculture.

  • Butchering Fee:  $40.00 (plus hide and head)
  • Butcher Fee on animals over 30 months old (only when leaving facitlity as a whole carcass, i.e. not processed:  $75.00

  • Normal Processing:  $.65/pound on the dressed weight
